Monday: The name Jesus literally means, “God saves.” Mary’s complete and total openness allowed the full force of God’s love, wisdom, and grace to enter into the human condition, not to judge it, but to elevate it. Simply, God became human so that we humans could live a divine life, not in a future heaven, but here and now.
Tuesday: We humans are incredibly intelligent, gifted, and capable. Be that as it may, we are incapable of saving ourselves. This truth gets to the heart of Christmas and the essence of Christ Consciousness.
Wednesday: The inner Christ, that Divine spark within us, is absolutely accessible to each of us. Divine plenitude is not reserved for a future heaven, but available to us here and now.
Thursday: Christ Consciousness is the means through which God manifests and sustains all of life, including you and me, and the very fountainhead of all that is true, beautiful, and good.
Friday: As we say goodbye to the year 2021 and welcome 2022, we might be tempted to indulge fear and despair. We must resist these temptations with spiritual fortitude, inspired imagination, and God-animated hope. The future is determined not by fate, but by us. We must have faith in God, our future, and ourselves.
