Monday: God is with you! What are the possibilities presenting themselves to you today? What victory lurks within your sense of defeat? What redemption waits to be born out of your suffering?

Tuesday: God created us to walk uphill. There is always a degree of conflict in the endeavor to walk uphill because it is uncomfortable, even painful. What we must remember is that God places us in these conflictual situations to grow the divine seed within us so that we can live as God intended us to live: as gods.

Wednesday:  We all have our plans, timetables, and schemes as to how life ought to unfold. Then, something happens: a tragedy, a health issue, a divorce, a financial crisis, or even a pandemic. These events are in conflict with our agendas, plans, and demands. When this occurs we can get angry, curse God, and stew in resentment, or like Jesus, we can let go, trust the process, and surrender our will to God’s will.

Thursday: At some point in our lives, no matter the traumas we have endured, we have all experienced moments of profound love. Take those moments and multiply them by infinity, and you have only scratched the surface of God‘s love for you.

Friday: At the wedding at Cana, Jesus had the wisdom of his mother to guide him. We could argue that we cannot expect the same guiding wisdom for ourselves because we do not have a figure like Mary, who was in the body, to guide us. Not true. Yogananda tells us, “The voice of conscience is the voice of God.” We have all been created in the image of God; the very wisdom of God percolates within the depths of our souls, and God’s wisdom always guides us toward what is best for us, what will evolve and elevate us.
