Thursday:
Optional Thursday evening arrival with the opportunity to attend our community Kriya Yoga service at 7 pm.
*** There is an option to stay overnight for Thursday-Saturday.

A small kitchen is available for retreat members to prepare simple vegetarian-only meals.

Friday:
Morning meditation in our temple
Yoga class (30 – 45 minutes)
12 noon – Lakshmi chanting in our temple, followed by down time to enjoy our beautiful grounds and chapel

Official Program Start:
4 – 8 pm: Mindfulness with Children – Integrating mindfulness into the school day content, 18 mindfulness activities with opportunities to learn, experience, and practice teaching
8 – 9 pm: Sound Bath

Saturday:
Morning meditation in our temple
Yoga Class (30 – 45 minutes)
9 am – 12 pm: Children’s Yoga 101: methodology and child development considerations (pulling from the FGKY foundations manual)
12 – 1 pm: lunch break
1 – 3 pm: children’s yoga games and class experiences
3 – 3:30 pm: break
3:30 – 5 pm: Yoga 101 continued and activities review from FGKY foundations manual
Dinner as a group (provided)
Kirtan and chanting!

Sunday:
Morning meditation in our temple
Yoga Class 30 – 45 minutes
9 am – 12 pm: What are the Yamas and Niyamas?
LIVE kids’ community class
12 – 1 pm: lunch break
1 – 2 pm: Yamas and Niyamas yoga class experiences
2 – 3:30 pm: planning/groups/practice and teaching/building your dream class plan
3:30 – 4 pm: break
4 – 5 pm: closing circle, presentations
