Enlightened Living: Enlivening the Chakra System
The Path of Kriya Yoga
Humanity is engaged in a quest for happiness, peace, security and a life rich in wisdom and love. God has designed the human spirit to be a channel through which the heavens flood us with all that we need to live successful and enlightened lives.
You are invited to participate in a one day retreat on the path of Kriya Yoga, as taught by Paramahansa Yogananda. Specifically, Kriya Yoga practices have the effect of calming our spirits, healing our nervous systems and aligning our chakras to God’s transforming energy. As this process deepens within us, so does our awareness of God’s grace and guidance.
The material presented on this retreat will be a blessing to both beginners and advanced practitioners of Kriya Yoga, and will include the following themes:
• In-depth presentations on the chakras and their roles in everyday life
• Chakra function in relation to spiritual evolution
• How heartfelt prayer stimulates the chakras
• Attitudes, practices and behaviors that open and nurture chakra development
• Chakras as portals to grace
