Come on down to East High School to support this great, family-friendly event to support the River Flow Soccer Club, a non-for-profit, all- volunteer organization which uses soccer to bridge racial, cultural, and socio-economic divides in Rochester and surrounding areas. You will find a program filled with all-levels movement, including a mini-workout, a restorative yoga session for adults, a kids yoga session with our own Krystal, and mindfulness. If movement is not your preference, you will still enjoy shopping with local vendors and great music. This event is a way for our community to reach out into the larger community and a great way to publicly support our Children’s Yoga School, which is gaining more and more notice. Plus, it sounds like fun!
Schedule:
9:30-10 am – Sign-in/Registration, Music, and Shopping
10-11:05 am – Welcome, Warmup, Mini Fitness Class, Yoga, Brief Closing Mindfulness Meditation
11:05 to 12:00 p.m. – Music, Shopping, Socializing, Ice Cream
