The Assisi Institute is committed to finding the resources to support its mission. Through generous giving we are able to increase our capacity to reach more people — in person, through our services, classes, and retreats, and many more online. Your financial support allows us to exist as a force for good!
The Assisi Institute is not a church. We are a spiritual community where persons of diverse cultural and religious backgrounds come seeking peace and a deeper, more intimate relationship with God. We encourage people to remain active in their own faith traditions while we assist them through meditation services, retreats, classes, and spiritual direction. Very often people tell us that The Assisi Institute helps them to develop a deeper understanding of their own faith.
The Assisi Institute is a 501(C)(3) not-for-profit organization. Some who come to us have limited resources, and pledges cover only about one third of our operating expenses and program costs.You can support the work of The Assisi Institute in a number of ways listed below.

PATH OF PEACE GARDEN
Development of a permanent meditation garden and path on our grounds. A prayerful and enduring statement of peace and solidarity.
PATHWAY OF SILENCE
Walking a sacred path has been used in meditation practices for centuries. Brick by brick, we plan to build a meditation path here at The Assisi Institute. This path that will nurture the stillness within, while connecting to nature that surrounds us.
You are invited to hep in the construction of the walk by purchasing a brick in honor or memory of a loved one, perhaps someone who has guided you along your journey. These bricks will form a path that we envision will someday be encircled with little gardens for contemplation!
Planned Giving
Planned Gifts play an important part in our Development Plan. The Assisi Institute would be most grateful to receive a contribution in a will or estate plan. We can receive stocks, bonds, cars or other assets that may be converted to cash.
