Hatha Yoga
The Assisi Institute yoga classes teach traditional and easy-to-learn systems, that naturally create healthy bodies and minds, and help lead to spiritual evolution.
Sivananda Yoga classes follow the philosophical Five Points of Yoga: Proper Exercise, Proper Breathing, Proper Relaxation, Proper Diet, and Positive Thinking and Meditation. These five principles make the complex teachings of yoga easier to understand and practice.
Gentle Sivananda Practice
The gentle Sivananda practice is taught by Tatyana Samadurova.
Wednesdays, 7:00PM to 8:00PM
All practices are offered for $10 per class OR $40 for five classes (punch cards available).
Cash or check is accepted and due at time of practice.
All proceeds support the teachers and the mission of the Assisi Institute.
Tatyana Samadurova studies under Swami Sivananda. She is an experienced and certified teacher.
