Healing Life’s Hurts
The Path of Healing and Wholeness
We have all experienced moments of deep pain, loss and disappointment. Often, these hurts linger in our hearts and are the cause of much emotional and mental upheaval, effectively limiting our capacity to be fully alive. While insight is an important factor in the healing process, something else is needed. Specifically, that “something else” is the stabilizing grace of God’s presence.
You are cordially invited to attend a one day retreat, designed to empower participants to develop a lifestyle that promotes health, healing and wholeness. Specifically, we will explore how meditation, prayer, and faith help us to both heal and transcend life’s hurts. The day promises to be safe, restorative and peaceful!
Topics Include
• Meditation practices and healing techniques
• What a balanced lifestyle looks like and it’s relationship to the experience of wholeness
