Peace, Wholeness & God-Realization
The Path of Kriya Yoga – A One-Day Retreat
Everything we need to live joyfully, lovingly, and wisely flows from the Divine. Spirituality, is not about perfecting our personalities, but receptively tuning of our minds, our hearts and our wills with the Divine will – so as to become more peaceful, harmonious and enlightened.
In this context, you are invited to a one-day retreat: the focus of which is the ancient, spiritual practice of Kriya Yoga, as taught by Paramhansa Yogananda. Kriya Yoga is not a religion, but a holistic lifestyle, grounded in a specific meditation practice, and intended to lead practitioners into ever-deepening levels of awareness. Kriya Yoga is a path of meditation and contemplation that can be easily integrated into any traditional spiritual path. Whether you are new to meditation, or you are a seasoned practitioner of Kriya Yoga, the day promises to be enjoyable, inspirational and enlightening.
