The Bridge of Mindfulness: An Exploration of Body, Mind & Spirit
What is mindfulness? Mindfulness can be a practice, an attitude, and a technique. It can be a start on the road to meditation or the perfect complement to a Kriya Yoga meditation practice. Mindfulness is a bridge to peace, harmony, and deep self-compassion.
We invite you to join us at the Assisi Institute for four evenings during which we will explore and practice mindfulness. Participants are requested to bring a writing notebook.
