Monday: What is our response to the world’s chaos and its ensuing suffering? Anger, fear, and denial only make it worse. No political messiah will save us. The answer is simple: love!
Tuesday: The only legitimate use of our free will, our power, is the choice to love God, others, and ourselves. Otherwise, we just create misery upon misery.
Wednesday: Just as the sun gives life to all the life-forms on planet earth, it is only God’s love that gives life to our heart’s desire for justice, peace, solidarity among people, and joy. Without God’s love we are just rational animals, and rational animals are the most dangerous animals of all.
Thursday: Love is always the marriage of blissful joy and inspired wisdom. When we focus only on the blissful aspects of love and ignore the reality of wisdom, love ceases to be love.
Friday: God is love, and love is the source and essence of true strength. God is an immovable mountain, a pillar of power, an unending source of stability. Without strength, love devolves into mere sentiment.
