Monday: At the beginning of this new year, let us take some time to consider a number of important questions: What are the limiting beliefs, assumptions, and stories we need to move beyond? Are we willing to sit in the silence long enough to be inspired by a higher wisdom? Can we dare to trust God enough to dream of love, joy, and prosperity? And, are we ready to act in ways that are new and bold?

Tuesday: Nothing really changes unless we are willing to be a bit wild. Playing it safe only gives us the illusion of being safe. If we wait for absolute certainty to manifest before we venture out into new possibilities, we will be waiting forever.

Wednesday: Do we want what we want, or do we want the truth? We have to understand that feelings and thoughts are two different but complementary realities. Keeping this difference in mind purifies our thinking and clarifies our feelings.

Thursday: Bring your soul, that conscious and alive part of you, into everything you do. Let your life be a living expression of your deepest values. It is not necessary to strive to do great things; just do everything with purpose, awareness, and love.

Friday: Once and for all, we must break our addiction to external forms of happiness. We do this not by stoic willpower, but by focusing our hearts and minds on what is steadfast: the presence of the Divine within our own souls.
