Everyone is an artist in their heart, yet many people don’t know this about themselves.
What if you could tap into that source of creativity in a meditative and pleasurable way without worrying about whether it is “good enough” or is “good art”? What if you discover that the process of working creatively with colors, shapes, and textures in good company is great fun? All of this can happen when we stop thinking with our heads so that our hearts and hands are free to explore. Steph will guide you through each step of this creative, soulful process. She has many examples of shapes and patterns, as well as samples of her work, for those who want to use them as inspiration. Come and enjoy!
