Kriya Yoga Immersion:

Living A Divine Life, Here And Now

July 22 – 26, 2024 // The Assisi Institute in Rochester, NY // Register Here

It is a great gift to be born as a human being! Our capacity to live an inspired, loving, and divine life is truly unlimited.

We deserve such a life, and our troubled world needs all the light we can bring to it. With this intention, you are warmly invited to participate in a five-day immersive retreat rooted in the teachings of Kriya Yoga as taught by Paramahansa Yogananda and Roy Eugene Davis. When understood and practiced, Kriya Yoga has the power to illuminate our minds, open our hearts, and bring us into deeper and deeper levels of Self and God Realization. Kriya is an ideal path for householders who can integrate its practices into any already existing religious paradigm.

Together in the transformative, sacred vibration of our gurus, we will explore Kriya Yoga philosophy, lifestyle, and meditation practices.

Each day will also feature two group meditations, devotional chanting, and opportunities to take part in Hatha Yoga and Qi Gong classes. In addition to devotional music throughout the week, Swami Nirvanananda will be offering one or two evening kirtans. Kriya initiation will be offered to individuals who are sincerely committed to this path. The retreat promises to be inspirational, informative, and enlightening for newcomers as well as seasoned Kriyabans seeking to deepen their practice. Please plan to join us! Register here

Having completed two years of training, she is now an associate Qigong instructor who continues her advanced studies with YOQI®. Jasmine’s classes provide a structured framework for tapping into “qi” – universal life force – while promoting harmony with the natural rhythms of life. Her “seasonal” approach to Qigong (“chee-gong”) complements the energy and dynamics at play in nature in order to maintain physical, mental, and emotional balance. She became a full time Qigong instructor and assistant with Kriya Yoga Online in 2023. She travels nationally and internationally with her partner, Ryan Kurczak, offering Qigong sessions at Kriya Yoga Meditation retreats.
