The Christ Impulse: Accessing Universal Love, Intelligence, and Energy Every Day
When Jesus entered the world, God’s light became available to humanity with unparalleled intensity, offering us the opportunity to live our lives with the very same energy, love, and intelligence that guided Jesus. Because the Christ Impulse is a universal force that transcends any specific religious affiliation, it is relevant for people of all traditions.
As we anticipate Spring and resurrection, you are warmly invited to partake of the fresh energy of an inspiring mini-retreat on March 16th. We will explore how to nurture and strengthen the Christ Impulse in our day-to-day lives so that we will become better able to face life’s challenges. We can improve our approach and reduce stress in our lives by asking these questions:
How does the Christ Impulse inform the way I see myself?
How does the Christ Impulse call forth my best in my relationships?
How does the Christ Impulse enable me to witness the suffering of others and myself?
What is the deeper meaning of Jesus’ death and resurrection?
You can experience this mini-retreat in a way that works for you:
- Join us online from anywhere in the world
- Join us in person in the temple at 1400 N. Winton Road, Rochester, NY
- Make it a whole day of rest at The Assisi Institute: bring your own vegetarian lunch (refrigerator space available), stay the afternoon (plenty of space to relax), and/or join us for Evening Prayer and a vegetarian potluck.
