Yin Yoga with Sandra
Thursdays at noon

New Series Starts 3/14/24

Yin Yoga consists of passive long-held (1-5 min) floor postures, which focus mainly on the spine, hips and pelvis. Yin specifically targets the connective tissue where we hold the bulk of our emotional and physical trauma. As we age, our connective tissue tends to dry out and become brittle. Regular Yin practice helps to bring moisture back into these tissues, therefore giving you greater comfort and mobility, slows the aging process and can begin to reverse the effects of arthritis, lessening joint issues and pain, enhancing mental clarity and memory, and creating a sense of overall well-being.
