We are pleased to provide a comprehensive and progressive yoga, meditation, and mindfulness program based on social-emotional learning. While most other children’s yoga programs primarily engage students through play, our Yoga School for Balanced Souls will be taught with a gentle seriousness of yogic principles and an emphasis on connecting to the inner self and nature. Each lesson plan will follow the Flow and Grow Kids Yoga teaching methodology, including discussion prompts, group activities, yoga movement, guided relaxations, breathing exercises, mindfulness activities, and crafts.
