The rational mind can produce logical thoughts and reasonable insights, but it cannot produce wisdom. Most of us have enjoyed moments when an illuminating thought emerges from nowhere that sheds light on our lives, a vexing problem, or an existential riddle. Neural scientists cannot really explain this phenomenon. Where do these flashes of illumination come from? The answer is simple: they arise from the great silence, from the nest of God”s being. The process I am describing is nothing other than intuition. Valentin Tomberg defines intuition in this way: “Intuition is therefore the cooperation of human intelligence with superhuman wisdom. It is reserved for thinking believers. Whosoever believes and does not think will never attain it. (Similarly,) whoever thinks and does not believe will never have the certainty of transcendental things that intuition alone can give.” Translation: intuition without intelligence soon dissolves into superstition, and reason without faith in a higher intelligence becomes a perceptual prison.”
Guruji,
You tell me that
I am endowed with
The highest intelligence: intuition.
