As winter lingers and the promise of spring begins to stir, Roots to Rise invites you on a journey of gentle awakening. This eight-week yoga series is designed to help you ground, reflect, and prepare for the season of growth ahead.  Each week, we’ll explore a unique theme inspired by the energy of the season, from self-love and forgiveness to cultivating joy and abundance. This series creates a nurturing space to reconnect with yourself and the rhythms of nature through grounding poses, gentle movement, Reiki-focused energy work, and herbal inclusions. With a blend of heart-opening practices, balancing postures, and mindful reflection, Roots to Rise offers the perfect way to stay centered and warm during the final stretch of winter while preparing your body, mind, and spirit to rise with the light of spring.
