Yoga Building Blocks with Christy

As with life, class begins with the breath, from there we will lay a good foundation on our mats for a thoughtfully sequenced set of classic yoga poses in the Iyengar tradition. Places of stability and flexibility will be examined and feed the final sequence of class and always end with time to feel the residue of practice in savasana. Whether you are totally new to yoga, a relatively unbendy human, or an experienced practitioner, this class will have you tune into your body and thread the connections between the work we do on the mat to feed our work off the mat.
