Meditation for Beginners with Lori

This class will focus on the power of meditation and mindfulness.  We will explore mindfulness strategies and different meditations to learn to connect with our bodies and breath. We will also incorporate movement into classes.  Weekly topics include: Introduction to Mindfulness; Being Right Where You Are; Our Storytelling Minds; and Cultivating Kindness.  Additional topics to be covered may include compassion and pain. Participants should wear comfortable clothing. Chairs will be available.
