Multi-level Yoga with Jessica

Explore the fundamentals of yoga as you are carefully guided through an alignment-based exploration of yoga asana. Lest we begin to take ourselves too seriously, a bit of laughter from time to time is strongly encouraged.
Yoga Building Blocks with Christy
Thursdays 5:30 – 6:45 PM (New series starts on 1/16)
As with life, class begins with the breath, from there we will lay a good foundation on our mats for a thoughtfully sequenced set of classic yoga poses in the Iyengar tradition. Places of stability and flexibility will be examined and feed the final sequence of class and always end with time to feel the residue of practice in savasana. Whether you are totally new to yoga, a relatively unbendy human, or an experienced practitioner, this class will have you tune into your body and thread the connections between the work we do on the mat to feed our work off the mat.
Kundalini Fusion 101 with Kimberlee
Saturdays, 2 – 3 PM (New series starts on 2/1)
Come learn fusing simple breathing (pranayama), postures (asana) and meditation founded on Kundalini and Vinyasa flow practices. This class is open to all. Class content will be sent by email prior to each session. This class is open to all.

This eight-week yoga series is designed to help you ground, reflect, and prepare for the season of growth ahead. Each week, we’ll explore a unique theme inspired by the energy of the season, from self-love and forgiveness to cultivating joy and abundance. This series creates a nurturing space to reconnect with yourself and the rhythms of nature through grounding poses, gentle movement, Reiki-focused energy work, and herbal inclusions. With a blend of heart-opening practices, balancing postures, and mindful reflection, Roots to Rise offers the perfect way to stay centered and warm during the final stretch of winter while preparing your body, mind, and spirit to rise with the light of spring.
